CoD Black Ops and the patch (PC, PS3)
Over the past two years we are witnessing a curious phenomenon and, at times, predictable. Or the fact that many highly successful games (CoD, Bioshock, Mass Effect just to name a few) leaves a lot on Xbox, and less optimized optimized for PC and PS3.
On the PS3 this aspect is quite understandable given the enormous diversity of architecture of the machine and above the best support to the various developers from Microsoft, is much more interesting that this also affects what the PC world.
Black Ops is just another example, while not the game on Xbox scored major problems on the PS3 and PC instead.
4 days ago on PS3, however, was issued a patch (the 1.03), which has solved almost all problems related to multiplayer (which sometimes fails matchmaking and communication problems on the audio), but above all, they've fixed the problems of declines Frame rate at times (both in campaign and multiplayer) are checked out.
Now we can say that the PS3 version turns out to be solid and stable (although there remains the problem of lower native resolution of development). Unlike PC
still many problems: audio not working on some configurations, performance issues (on even very recent) and problems in the system match making.
In fact, these bugs have irreparably undermined the success of the PC version (as on Xbox and PS3 have made an amazing success considering the 700 000 players online on average per 500 000 for the Xbox and PS3).
on Steam and the official site, however, comes a heartening news ... a patch that should definitely solve the problem of the PC version should be ready soon ... hopefully
For now, PC gamers will have to leave in "pause" their Black Ops to enjoy it better when the patch output
